- Product shipped from Ytsylwellness.com including Ytsylwellness.com pickup centre can be returned within 30 days of return place in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with product.
- Ensure you enclose the correct and complete production when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund otherwise Ytsylwellness.com will not give any refund. To protect our employees and customers Ytsylwellness.com disposes of incorrect/ mistaken return.
- If you accidentally sent the wrong product to Ytsylwellness.com, kindly contact customer service as soon as possible. Ytsylwellness.com cannot guarantee your product will be return and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Ytsylwellness.com.
- Returnable product must be in new condition and in original packing.
- If the product shipped in damaged or defective condition, Ytsylwellness.com will provide a free return or replacement.
